Esslingen City
Location bar
Surrounded by vineyards, Esslingen (population 93,000) is located on the Neckar River in southern Germany.  Esslingen’s historic medieval town with its numerous half-timbered houses, restaurants as well as cultural events make an ideal location for a successful semester abroad.  Esslingen is only 15 minutes by train from Stuttgart, home to the Mercedes-Bens Museum and Porsche Museum.  There is also easy access to the Black Forest, Munich, France, and Switzerland.  For over 1,200 years, Esslingen has been attractive location for commerce, especially automotive manufacturing.

University bar
Hochschule Esslingen/Esslingen University of Applied Sciences (HE), is a public institution with approximately 6,000 students.  HE is regularly ranked among the top ten universities of applied sciences in Germany, being at the forefront of German high-tech engineering.  With modern laboratories and educational facilities, you will have access to outstanding educational opportunities.
