Program Description:
This is an application for programs not supported by the Office of Education Abroad.  This would include, but is not limited to, programs organized by other units at UAB. 

For a student to participate on a program not supported by the Office Education Abroad, s/he must complete this application, providing detailed information to the Office of Education Abroad sufficient to facilitate course articulation, verify academic quality, and register travel plans.

All UAB students traveling internationally are required to purchase education abroad insurance through the Office of Education Abroad.  Currently, this insurance costs the traveler approximately $50 per month that the traveler is on UAB-related international travel. The UAB student account will automatically be billed.
